Stations received four Bronze and two Silver ADDY awards in two categories at the annual event, now in its 51st year.
WKHT won two Silver awards for “Hot 104.5 You and Your Boo Weekend” promotion and “Hot 104.5 B-Ball Coach Welcome” promotional campaign in the Radio – Self-promotion category.
The following spots/campaigns each won a Bronze award.
•WCYQ’s “Cotton Eyed Joe Billy Bob” in the Radio Advertising – Local category,
•WCYQ’s “Ole Ben Franklin Captain Approval” campaign in the Radio Advertising – Local category
•WKHT’s “Dollywood, Behind the Wood” spot in the Radio Advertising – Local category
•WKHT’s “Star Wars, the Phone Wars” in the Radio – Self Promotion category
